From general product information or enquiries, through the sales order process to lead times or delivery dates. Our Customer Services Team are fully trained in all aspects of the furniture manufacturing process. All Sales Co-ordinators are qualified, each team Member holds an NVQ qualification in either; Customer Services, Business Administration or Sales Management

Sales and Marketing

The creation of a Sales and Marketing Department has been able to provide support for the JF Nott national sales team and customer base. The department prides itself on offering a comprehensive range of services including supporting our customers through projects with presentations, case studies, literature, samples and product knowledge.
